Develops new processes for all HRIS systems. Responsible for the maintenance and day-to-day input for the UHS Lawson software.  Administrator for HRSMART.  Develops templates and assists leaders in HRSMART.  Monitors and coordinates the maintenance for the wage and salary job history program and related functions, for internal equity and market competitiveness of wages and salaries. Develop and monitor the CARD (Common Annual Review Date) for MMH.  Provides historical background and input to Leaders related to employee/payroll issues and challenges. Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times. Other duties as assigned.
