Description POSITION SUMMARY: This position supports the core business activities of the CHRISTUS Performance Improvement department by providing high level analytic and strategic insight. Responsible for the preparation of initial and final documentation necessary for delivery to customer, systems and programming; insures quality and timeliness of work performed and the final products. Under the direction of the Director of Workforce Planning, the project manager establishes schedules and methods for achieving project goals and objectives; and reviews work products, makes corrections and coordinates accordingly with leadership.
