Our General Pediatrics Division is seeking a Business Director II to join our team. This position will strategically partner with the Vice President, Division Directors, providers, clinicians and faculty to develop and execute plans focused on the growth and development of the clinical, academic, and research programs. Position is accountable for financial and revenue management, business operations, human resources management, information management, quality management, compliance, development and implementation of the division’s strategic plan in partnership with and support of the Vice President and Division Directors, and management of administrative academic/faculty affairs.
Ideal candidates will have a BS/BA in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Accounting or related field and eight years OR Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Accounting or related field and four years of leadership/direct people management experience or direct leadership/management of complex projects involving indirect supervision of project teams in a complex healthcare environment, academic medical center, or healthcare industry with an emphasis in accounting, knowledge of third party billing and reimbursement mechanisms, grant and contract administration, financial reporting, operational management, and business planning.
