The AppOrtho practice is the fastest growing medical practice in our region. This position manages and oversees all practice activities and assists the Director of Operations with quality, financial, and other key performance metrics that drive the success of providing optimum patient care for the community. The practice manager has responsibilities including physician relations, communications, management of all non-provider staff, operations, education and training, hiring of staff, annual staff evaluations, and the unique opportunity to be directly involved in strategic plans for the practice.
Bachelor's Degree preferred
At least two years of management experience in a healthcare field is preferred.
Previous experience working with insurance companies, collections, personnel management and interacting with healthcare providers is preferred.
