Our 59-bed, state-of-the-art rehabilitation hospital is dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced a stroke, trauma, brain Injury, spinal cord Injury, neurological conditions, amputation, orthopedic injury, or other rehabilitation diagnoses. We provide the medical and functional rehabilitation needed to return individuals to their highest level of function, as quickly as possible, with the goal to restore lives.
Lancaster Rehabilitation Hospital is a beautiful 57,508 square-foot facility on 6.39 acres. The hospital is located just off of Route 30 and offers convenient parking. We feature all private rooms, a gymnasium, and space for intensive inpatient rehabilitation which can include three hours of physical, occupation and speech therapy, five days a week.
We are seeking an energetic, creative and experienced hospital Chief Executive Officer to join our team and help us meet the growing demand for intensive rehabilitation services.
Through a respectful, constructive and energetic style the CEO provides the leadership to effectively grow the hospital by ensuring clinical excellence, operating efficiency and financial strength. This includes CEO leadership in developing strong senior team and partnership with Medical Director and medical staff to ensure the clinical excellence and operational performance of the rehabilitation hospital. The CEO is also responsible for designing, developing and implementing a strategic plan to ensure the success of the hospital's clinical, financial and overall operating performance and successful growth of the hospital as a whole. The CEO directs, administers and coordinates the overall operations of the hospital, including the goals and objectives established by the Chief Executive Officer in collaboration with the Managing Partner and Board of Managers.
