The Division of Pediatric Nephrology within the Department of Pediatric & Adolescent Medicine is seeking a full time Pediatric Nephrologist to work inÂ collaboration with three other board certified pediatric nephrologists. Â The Division provides inpatient and outpatient pediatric nephrology specialty care to children with highly complex medical problems, including all modalities of dialysis and kidney transplantation. The division is part of a comprehensive, growing, multi-specialty practice at the Mayo Clinic Children's Center.Â The divisionÂ collaborates with the Mayo Clinic Hyperoxaluria Center, the Rare Kidney Stone Consortium,Â Mayo Clinic Robert M. and Billie Kelley Pirnie Translational Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD) Center, CureGN, MidwestÂ PediatricÂ NephrologyÂ Consortium, and NAPRTCS.Â The Department has an ACGME-accredited pediatric residency program. Â The position includes inpatientÂ 1:4 call, outpatient clinic responsibilities, and outreach approximately 1 day per month. A portion of research time will be provided for the first 2 years.Â
License or certification Candidates must be board-certified/board-eligible in pediatric nephrology, have an interest in working with learners, and have experience in basic, clinical or translational research or quality improvement. Â Â
