About Summerlin Hospital: Job Description: Responsible for the coordination, implementation and evaluation of the Valley Health System Patient Experience Program. Serves as a business partner with facility administrative council, providing leadership expertise as an advocate and change agent for the patient experience. Provides training to all levels of employees. Serves to enhance the Hospital image and improve quality of care. Provide monthly accountability and variance analysis of service outcomes to facility leadership.
