The Sisters of Charity is currently accepting applicants for a full-time Ohio Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to oversee all operational functions of Mother Margaret Hall, a state of the art long-term care facility. In addition to upholding the mission, values and philosophy the Sisters of Charity, this key position is responsible for resident care and the daily operations and supervision of Mother Margaret Hall and Campus Support Services including: Plant Operations, Purchasing, Transportation, Nutrition and Environmental Services. The Administrator is responsible for regulatory compliance of all resident care services and ensures statutory compliance with Federal, State, and local standards/regulations governing long-term care & associated entities. Maintains room standards and meal quality consistent with facility expectations and ensures that every MMH resident has access to, and is provided the Spiritual care consistent with the quality of life at MMH. The Administrator reports to the President of the Sisters of Charity and maintains excellent public relations of the Sisters of Charity, residents, visitors, and employees. This key individual assures all residents to fair and equal treatment, self-determination, individuality, privacy and resident rights.
Candidates will possess: * Current NHA License, Ohio required. * Bachelors' degree in related field. MBA or MHA preferred. * Extensive knowledge of state and federal reimbursement and current federal, state and local regulations pertaining to long term care field. * Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA regulatory requirements. Minimum 5 years' experience in Nursing Home Administration in a multi-level of care environment. * 3 years Senior-level management experience in a health care setting.
