Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates delivery of patient care.Provides administrative direction to the development and evaluation of all Surgical Services and Ambulatory Care personnel.Maintains operational aspects in collaboration with administrative support services.Prescribes, delegates and coordinates nursing care.Contributes to nursing and hospital support of philosophy, objectives, educational and research efforts.
Required: Academic degree in nursing. Preferred: Bachelors or Masters degree.
Minimum of 5 yearsï¿½ clinical experience. Minimum 2 Years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment.
Preferred: RN License and Healthcare Provider BLS.
