The Patient Representative accurately and promptly collects all pertinent information at the initial point of registration to ensure the proper billing process occurs which will enhance timely cash flow and reduce the days in accounts receivable. In addition the Patient Representative insures a high level of patient satisfaction is maintained while monitoring efficient patient throughput in the Emergency Department.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Previous customer service experience in a healthcare environment. Computer literate. Maintain CPAR certification. Supervisory experience is preferred.
