Description Clinical/Translational Research Coord II 1910007 Clin/Tran Research Coord II with Investigating N-3 Fatty Acids to prevent Neonatal Tobacco-related outcomes (INFANTS) Study Your Role:The Clin/Tran Research Coord II will support federally funded research projects related to smoking cessation in pregnant women. The Clin/Tran Research Coord II is responsible for coordinating the approval processes and conduct of research proposals, assuring that the integrity and quality of the research is maintained and that the research is conducted in accordance with Good Clinical Practice Guidelines, federal and sponsor regulations and guidelines, Vanderbilt Policy and Procedure and research protocols. Duties include managing screening, implementing recruitment procedures, consent, enrollment, randomization and study conduct from planning through study closeout. The Clin/Tran Research Coord II will manage Clinical Trials Associates. This is a full-time, 40 hour per week, non-exempt term position. The relevant research studies last up to 5 years.
