JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for strategic planning, business model development and refinement, and collaborative refinement of data models across various analytic platforms. Supports the enterprise information portal with key performance indicators and distributed analytics, validating and enhancing the organization’s business intelligence and advanced analytic capabilities. Establishes standards for user training, certification, and monitoring; facilities enterprise data governance and iterative enhancement of data quality. Works collaboratively with Business Intelligence Advanced Analytics, Data Management, and Data Governance leadership teams to oversee analytic applications and platforms within the enterprise-wide Unified Data Architecture (UDA). Accountable for overseeing the development, management, and implementation of multi-disciplinary analytics team to support the Clinical Enterprise and Health Plan operations, research, and education. The incumbent will be responsible for leading business growth opportunities for all UDA operations, and for improving the quality and efficiency of conducting analyses.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Information Science, Actuarial Science, Quantitative Analysis, Business, Engineering, or other relevant analytical/data field required. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of seven years information reporting and data analysis experience required. Minimum of five years of this experience must be in a leadership/supervisory role.
Detailed working knowledge of Business Objects or similar tool, SQL and relational databases required.
Healthcare analytic experience highly preferred.
Direct experience designing and implementing modern data warehousing and data discovery workflows strongly preferred.
Experience with applications/languages such as R, Python, SAS, Epic preferred. Clinical experience preferred.
