The Trauma Performance Improvement (PI) Nurse will be a clinical resource in a multidisciplinary capacity throughout the continuum of care for adult and pediatric injured patients. The PI Nurse will perform registrar, data collection, data analysis, and performance improvement activities for the injured patient and be responsible for the verification criterion as required by the American College of Surgeons.
Minimum of 3-5 years of recent hospital based acute care and/or critical care trauma nursing experience.
Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
Possession of current California RN License.
Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.

MSN or other Administrative Master’s Degree
Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses (ATCN) Certification
