Staffing Office Coordinator, in conjunction with Management, will coordinate the scheduling of nursing staff and supplementary staff placement for the overall effective operation of patient care services at OCMMC. Enters request for contract labor and reviews profiles of contract staff in shift wise. Tracks staffing for all units and works with all departments to ensure staffing needs are met.

One year experience in a Central Nurse Staffing Office, preferred.
Computer skills and knowledge.
Proficient in medical terminology
Basic Clerical Skills
Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment.
High school graduate or equivalent preferred
