The Department of Ophthalmology at the University of South Florida, Morsani College of Medicine, seeks a Retina Specialist at the Assistant Professor level. Duties will include supervising and mentoring residents, fellows, medical students in the clinic and operating room, and direct patient care. The successful candidate will be expected to participate in research projects, give didactic lectures, and serve on departmental/college/university committees. Board certification/eligibility in Ophthalmology, a two-year Retina fellowship or equivalent experience, and the ability to obtain a Florida license are prerequisites. Academic rank beyond that of Assistant Professor will commensurate with education and experience.
