Previous experience in a medical setting, ie. Physician Office, Hospital preferred.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
High School Diploma
2-3 years customer service preferred
Under the general direction of the Patient Access Supervisor or Manager/Director. The Patient Access Concierge is responsible for providing continuous presence and service to all persons. The Concierge is responsible for providing assistance and support to the Volunteer Services Team. Your role is very important in establishing consistent professional, A+ customer service experiences.
