The Administrative Supervisor for Nursing Administration will function as the administrative liaison during the evening, night, and weekend hours. Administrative Supervisor ensures patient flow and coordinate census with adequate levels of staffing. Administrative Supervisor provides nursing expertise in the management of patient care, supervising staff, clinical guidance and interpreting and implementing established policies and procedures: and assists in the coordinates the activities of ancillary departments.
RN licensure in the state of Florida
BLS, ACLS, CPI certification required.
One year as a staff nurse and four years as Team leader, Assistant Head Nurse or Head Nurse.
