Operational Improvement Engineer
The Operational Improvement Engineer is responsible for working collaboratively and interdepartmentally to engage in the planning and implementation of improvement methodologies throughout the organization with the intent of assisting Benefis Health System in achieving its strategic priorities. Skilled in data aggregation, data analysis, and the deployment of the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Anaylize, Improve, Control) framework, this position plans and coordinates solution design, defines and documents milestones, and outlines schedules for completion.
