Pharmacist - Mental Health Clinical Pharmacy Specialist
The Clinical Pharmacist Specialist (CPS) provides pharmaceutical care services by direct interaction with patients and providers primarily in the Mental Health Clinic. The CPS will spend a majority of his/her time in patient or practitioner related activities. These activities require a great degree of skill in patient in patient monitoring, drug therapy review and assessing patient outcomes. Duties included but are not limited to: Customer Service Demonstrates appropriate and proactive interpersonal skills to achieve the goals of the service. Acts as a team member and is supportive of the group's efforts at all times. Demonstrates an ability to work under a variety of circumstances to maximize group productivity and quality.
