ECHN’s outpatient primary care practices are hospital employed with charming locations including Ellington, South Windsor, Tolland, and Vernon Connecticut. You will be supported by a collegial and highly esteemed primary care physician(s) including our expert fellow care team of experienced nurse practitioner(s) and medical assistants. You will enjoy work-life balance in full-time flexible daytime work schedules while you provide quality care to patients with minimal (extremely light) shared rotation phone call coverage.
