Organize and conduct moderately complex training and educational programs for Penn State Health personnel. Develop and/or modify the curriculum and associate training materials for office productivity applications or other software applications. Maintain records of training activities, employee progress, and program effectiveness. Assist other Technology Educators in the preparation and delivery of more complex training and educational programs.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Education, Training and Development or related field with
3 to 5 years related experience required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must have demonstrated ability to educate others or conduct presentations.
Experience in medical billing or patient access preferred.
