Performs requirements analysis, designs, develops, deploys, supports, maintains reporting and analytical or bus intel apps. Using a variety of data sources to support objectives for quality process improvement and waste reduction. Responsibilities include data analysis and mgmt reporting, utilizing software to generate metrics, data discovery apps, dashboards and scorecards. Provides support to team members and other groups in the design, development and deployment of analytical apps; responsible for consulting svcs, communications and presentations to workgroups, mgmt, execs and steering committees; project work with colleagues in data collection, extraction, validation and implementation of Info Intel solutions pertinent to improvement initiatives. Liaison between end users, Info Intel and IS in support of initiatives related to clinical, cost and patient satisfaction outcomes. Requires a highly motivated, self-directing individual with strong analytical skills, positive attitude, attention to detail, and high degree of flexibility in a rapidly changing environment. Off-hours/wkends may be required to resolve emergency issues, during implementation and maintenance activities, and during 24x7 on-call rotations.Minimum Requirements: Progressively responsible experience in Computer Systems related fields3 years in enterprise and business information sys development, solution engineering, project management, and information application design and development3 years in development of BI strategies and associated policies and selection of capabilities and systems to meet business information needs3 years in an analytics or development setting (data analysis/data visualization, graphic design, working with translating data into effective visualization); healthcare industry experience preferredExp in collaborating on technical work across multiple technology teams preferredExp working with data whse concepts, Familiar with open source software frameworks such as Hadoop, including for use with web and mobile application development Exp in project mgmt techniques and support technology, applications, programs and services.
