The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator owns the internal transfer process and administration. This position is responsible for the efficient execution of employee status change activities and documentation in accordance with all organization compliance standards.
Proficient Microsoft Excel, Word & Access
Excellent interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication abilities
Ability to maintain data within HR Systems with direction
Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize work, and be flexible with changing priorities
Two years’ experience in human resources, recruitment or onboarding
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Experience with HRIS and ATS systems
Administrative or HR experience in Healthcare industry
