Work Hours/Shift:
You Will Be Responsible For:
- Develops an annual sales/marketing plan for territory which is updated weekly with status of sales pipeline.
- Maintains outstanding customer retention services to existing client base and work comp carriers
- Demonstrates effective consultative sales skills resulting in a solutions-oriented sales approach.
- Effective in marketing urgent care services to all corporate clients and other key community organizations as assigned.
- Demonstrates effective consultative sales skills resulting in a solutions-oriented sales approach.
- Is actively involved in 1-2 community organizations that have relevance to the work and role of this position.
- An active and ongoing participant with the director in professional development.

QualificationsWhat You Will Need:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Sales and Marketing Experience
- Driver’s license

- Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in sales and marketing.
- Five or more years’ experience in occupational medicine sales with proven results.
- Workers’ Compensation experience
Job Summary:
The role of the Business Development Consultant is to develop business opportunities for AdventHealth within an assigned portfolio of municipalities, government, and/or business accounts within the Central Florida community. In this role, special projects will also be assigned to respond to the dynamic market. This includes maintaining and growing existing contracts established with the employer as well as identifying new opportunities to grow service offerings for the client. Thorough health care knowledge of the customer is essential to maximizing the benefits that AdventHealth could potentially offer.
