Radial Health is seeking a PM&R Physician to join our team as our Regional Medical Director in Chicago, IL. This physician will work collaboratively with an experienced PM&R team to manage medical and rehab care on inpatient rehab units, LTACHs, skilled nursing facilities, and Assisted Living Facilities. In addition to leading patient care, the physician will work closely with the Radial Clinical and Administrative team to build the strategy, growth, and programming, to continue to grow the PM&R continuum for Chicago. 

Qualifications:

• Prior Medical Director Experience
• Proven leadership skills
• Excellent clinical skills, interpersonal relationships, and organizational ability
• Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
• Licensed by (or eligible to be licensed by) the state of Illinois
