Roles and responsibilites of the Resuscitation Education Assistant include but are not limited to coordinating and conducting training, skill performance, and competency evaluation of participants in life support educational activities.The Resuscitation Education Assistant is responsible for ensuring the very best participant experience by optimizing all customer interaction.
Subject matter expertfor BLS, PALS, ACLS, and ECG interpretation, this includes training, mentoring, and assessing current and new course instructors.
Develop new classes and curriculum based on specific needs, meeting curriculum standards and teaching requirements.
Develop and lead mock code simulations for multidisciplinary groups
Assures that all record keeping is completed in accordance with program standards and all required reports are submitted in a timely manner.
Provides timely feedback; is sensitive to different perspectives, needs, or abilities of others and adapts behaviors accordingly.
Acts as intermediary for simulation equipment sales representatives
Evaluates simulation equipment prior to purchase
Interprets resuscitation data and develops performance improvement training where required.
Presents resuscitation data at related committee meetings to multidisciplinary members.

Working hours: Monday through Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)- (Required)
Minimum of 1 year-Related work experience (Required)

Certified Paramedic - Default Issuing Body; Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification within 6 months - American Heart Association (AHA); Basic Life Support Certification - Default Issuing Body; Pediatric Advanced Life Support Certification - American Heart Association (AHA)
