Position Summary: The Research Assistant II will provide support as needed for basic research, clinical research or research administration activities in Federal, commercial or privately funded research activities. Job specifics will vary depending on the research area to which the individual is assigned. Responsibilities may include tasks related to patient care and support of patients on clinical trials. Responsibilities are to be performed in a timely and accurate manner and with exceptional customer service skills and oriented approach. Skills include excellent communication and problem solving skills that enable efficient research team operations.
Minimum Requirements: Minimum two years related experience in healthcare setting required Specific experience in clinical research with knowledge of clinical trials, informed consent design and process and conduct of clinical trials preferred Highly proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), email, internet Valid health care provider CPR certification within 30 days of hire Current Washington State Drivers License; and proof of a safe driving record (which meets established MHS Standards) obtained by a motor vehicle report from the appropriate
