Position Summary: The Staffing Coord-Workforce Specialist maximizes MultiCares labor resource efficiently through the end-to-end cycle that begins with schedule creation, continues during the proactive work to fill open shifts, and throughout the precise placement of scheduled staff. The overall objective of the Staffing Coord-Workforce Specialist is to drive the coordination of all scheduled staff to ensure correct staffing levels are matched with the most appropriate resources available, in order to provide quality patient care while exercising stewardship.
Minimum Requirements: Two (2) years of experience with staffing and time analysis, attendance management and Kronos time and attendance scheduling systems required Previous experience in health care staffing and scheduling preferred Consideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting the minimum qualifications
Education/Licenses/Certifications: Two (2) years of post-secondary education or equivalent combination of education and additional experience
