Our well-established and highly reputable Urogynecology programis adding a full-time Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistant who possesses empathy,talent, drive, and a "patients first" mentality.
*Our ideal candidate will bring a positive and caringpersonality, is innovative, autonomous as well as a team player and have gynecologicalexperience.
*This position is locatedat the Urogynecology Clinic in Longmont.
*The schedule is M-F, 8 AM - 5 PM.
PREFERRED: Gynecology Experience. Urogynecology experience would be ideal.
REQUIRED: Family Nurse Practitioner candidates must havefull prescriptive authority to be considered for this position.

The pay range for this position is $48.37 - $69.12 / hour. Pay is dependent on the applicant's relevant experience. An annual bonus may be paid to eligible employees based upon organizational and individual performance.

Requirements for PhysicianAssistants
*Bachelor or Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies
*Unrestricted license to practice as a Physician Assistantin the State of Colorado.
*Physician Assistant Certification (PA-C) issued by the National Commission forCertification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) is required for hire and must bemaintained throughout employment
*Unrestricted Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) permitto prescribe all medications commonly prescribed in the course of practice.
*Eligible to provide services reimbursable services andmaintain provider status with Medicare and Medicaid.
*Eligible to provide services with no sanctions or exclusionfrom either the Health and Human Services/Office of Inspectors General(HHS/OIG) or the General Services Administration's (GSA) List of PartiesExcluded from Federal Programs.
*Unrestricted medical staff membership, with appropriatepractice privileges.
*Prescriptive authority as appropriate, per medical staffservice privileging process.
*Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by theAmerican Heart Association or the American Red Cross
Requirements for Nurse Practitioners
*Master's degree in Nursing and graduate of an accreditedNurse Practitioner program
*Nurse Practitioner Certification issued by the AmericanNurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or Nurse Practitioner Certification issuedby the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board (AANPCB) isrequired for hire and must be maintained throughout employment.
