Position Summary

Responsible for assisting the Pharmacy Department with key projects which require ongoing assessment, planning, and decision functions to minimize possible gaps between pharmacy leaders. The Pharmacy Advisor will report to the Vice President Chief Pharmacy Officer

Education

Bachelor's Degree (BS) or Doctoral Degree (Pharm.D) in Pharmacy (Required)
Advanced degree in Pharmacy or other advanced degree (Preferred)

Experience

Ten years of Pharmacy leadership experience. (Required)

Certifications

Current licensure or eligible as a Pharmacist either by reciprocity or examination by the Arizona State Board of Pharmacy. (Required)
ACLS or PALS from the American Heart Association (Preferred)
