Overlook Medical Center is seeking Part-Time Patient Experience Liaison to join the Patient Experience department to work 8-4pm 3x a week with every other weekend as required by department.
Essential Job Functions:
Round on patients to provide non-clinical services which will improve the satisfaction of the patient
Split time between outpatient and inpatient oncology
High School Diploma or GED required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Must be able to read, write and speak English.
1-3 years of customer service experience
