In compliance with applicable New York and New Jersey State regulatory authorities, COVID-19 vaccination (2 doses of either the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine or one dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine) is mandatory for all MSK employees, contingent workers, and volunteers. Exceptions are permitted for those employees who request and receive an approved medical or fully remote exemption.
*Staff working at a MSK New Jersey location must be up to date with COVID-19 vaccination, which includes having completed the primary COVID-19 vaccination series and booster once eligible as mandated by New Jersey State. All New Jersey staff not yet eligible for a booster must receive a booster within 3 weeks of becoming eligible as a condition of continued employment at MSK.
Note: Individuals are eligible to receive a COVID-19 booster five months after receiving the second dose of either the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine or two months after the J&J vaccine.

Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
An effective communicator, capable of resolving how to best reach different audiences and executing communications based on that understanding.
Adept at crafting partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives and goals.
Actively seeking new ways to grow and be challenged, using both formal and informal development
Flexible in your approach and demeanor in order to align with the shifting demands of evolving circumstances.
Use strong customer service and multi-tasking abilities to support a practice by providing administrative support to the clinical team.
Ensure patients are assisted in a timely and friendly manner by functioning as the primary contact for the practice and actively scheduling patients' tests, appointments, and procedures.
Update and maintain the electronic medical records (EMR), coordinate with clinical staff, and submit information to payers for pre-certification approvals.
A high school diploma/GED is required plus one year of relevant experience
Experience in customer/patient service is strongly preferred
A proven dedication to healthcare through work, internship, or volunteer experience
Ability to handle acutely ill patients in stressful situations with a positive demeanor
Strong digital literacy
Ability to provide at least a 2-year commitment #LI-POST
