Atlantic Health System is seeking a full-time Patient Experience Liaison at Morristown Medical Center working 10:00am - 6:00pm shift including every other Saturday and Sunday shifts together.
Acts as a liaison for all patients and families.
Able to multitask and be flexible with facilitating inquiries for patients, visitors, and family members.
Facilitates family discussions and needs with multidisciplinary team.
Identifies action plans based on results.
Coordinates volunteers and pet therapy visits.
Daily patient/family satisfaction rounding.
Ordering of needed unit supplies/brochures.
Attends hospital-wide Patient Experience Liaison meetings and reports back important system and hospital wide information to the department level.
Should be able to display professionalism and good telephone etiquette.

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Some college preferred
Retail experienced preferred
Previous experience in caring for patients and families
