Atlantic Health System is seeking a Full-time Patient Experience Liaison at Morristown Medical Center to work 10AM-6PM, shift including every other Saturday and Sunday shifts together.
Support the Patient Experience outcomes and flow throughout the organization.
Daily rounds on patients utilizing electronic system to document interactions.
Concierge services to families and providing education on different services offered.
Work in collaboration with the clinical team to support and facilitate patient discharges.
Support Patient Experience education on designated units.
Provide support to patients and families while in the hospital.
Facilitate resolution to patient/family concerns.
Coordinate and facilitate support services for patients.
Knowledge of CAHPS, reputation, management, and other patient experience surveys.
Excellent computer skills.
Other tasks as required to ensure extraordinary experiences.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Minimum Experience Required:
To provide a safe environment to our patients, we require that all candidates must be able to read, write and speak English.
Customer service focused.
Retail experience preferred.
Candidate must have excellent customer service skills.
Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Publisher.
Proficient with Epic (preferred).
Excellent communication skills.
Must effectively manage time, and function as a self- starter by being proactive.
At least (2) years of hospital experience preferred.
