Morristown Medical Center is seeking a full-time Medical Office Associate I to work in the Radiology - Mammography Dept. the hours will be 7:30am - 3:30pm, weekends as needed.
Selected candidate will:
Process patient requisitions
Coordinate patient flow
Monitor status of patients waiting for completion of procedures
Communicate with sections within Breast Center/Radiology & hospital
Act as an assistant to attending physicians
Operate hospital information system EPIC
Perform other administrative functions associated with hospital Radiology department & Nursing Units
High School Diploma required
Excellent Interpersonal & communication skills a must
Knowledge of patient care & breast imaging examination procedures a plus
EPIC & pre-authorization experience a plus
