Atlantic Health System is seeking a full-time Registrar for the Rockaway Operations department working 9-5pm Mon-Fri in Rockaway NJ.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

• Selected candidate will manage high volume calls
• Schedule and register patients in HPP, PHS, STAR and EPIC
• Understanding of the PATIENT EXPERIENCE is critical to this position and the Rockaway experience

Minimum Education:

• HS Diploma required

Minimum Experience:

• Prior administrative experience in a physician practice or healthcare/hospital environment is strongly preferred
• Computer literacy essential
• EPIC Experience is a plus
• Candidate must pass STAR Training
• Knowledge of practice management software/EMRs is preferred
• Excellent customer service and multitasking skills essential
