The Department of Medicine is committed to the appointment and support of a highly promising individual who will bring special interest and skill to the practice of inpatient and outpatient multidisciplinary spine care and physical medicine and rehabilitation.

Required Licensure/Certifications

• BC/BE Physiatry Residency trained; additional fellowship training in pain medicine or interventional spine preferred.
• Interest and expertise in the prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of people disabled by disease, disorder, or injury
• Must obtain or maintain a NH and VT Medical License
