Job Summary:

This Regional position will support both the overall engagement efforts at WMCHealth Network including supporting signature campaigns at the MidHudson Regional Hospital (MHRH) and HealthAlliance (HA). The Engagement and Communications Partner will play key role in the design and implementation of an internal communications strategy aligned to WMCHealth's mission, values and culture. The role will provide day to day support of internal communications related to the workforce for the Mid-Hudson and HealthAlliance campuses, ensuring consistency across WMCHealth standards and guidelines. The Enagagement & Communications Partner will be responsible for management of assigned internal campaigns as well as integrate employee internal communications strategy around these events.

Responsibilities:

Internal Communications & Engagement:* Manage the content development and continuous improvement of the core internal communications channels. (iCare, The Beat, VITAL News, etc.).* Maintain dynamic and up to date content during crisis incidents and rapidly evolving events.* Serve as the main point of contact with all departments at Mid-Hudson and HealthAlliance to determine appropriate communication methods and channels to keep employees informed and engaged.* Interface with Marketing and Communication on creative design and audio/visual needs for internal stakeholders.* Ensure consistent execution of the WMCHealth brand internally including printed materials and digital properties. * Drive the approval, adoption and implementation of new communication channels and platforms as appropriate. * Collaborate in the creation of organizational development strategies focusing on leadership, team building and employee engagement.* Work collaboratively with engagement team to design and deploy engagement surveys, focus groups and organizational assessments.* Establish and drive employee feedback and communication through multiple channels to strengthen connections.* Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify actionable insights and anticipate emerging organizational needs.* Assist with the development and creation of executive-level presentations as well as compelling content to publicize and gain support for programs.PRINCIPAL RELATIONSHIPS:* Regular contact and collaborations with: Marketing Team, Fund Development Team, Legal and Risk Management, Print Shop, Senior Leadership, Volunteers, Committees and Vendors.Qualifications/Requirements:

Experience:

2+ years of proven experience as communications specialist. Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills.

Education:

Bachelor degree, required.

Licenses / Certifications:

Valid Driver's Licenses to travel between campuses.

Ability to relate well and work effectively with multiple constituencies and audiences. Adaptability and flexibility with the ability to calmly troubleshoot issues and work in an environment that is constantly changing.
