Atlantic Health System is Seeking an Orthopedic Physician Assistant for a Great Opportunity in Northern New Jersey
Atlantic Health System, one of New Jersey's largest non-profit healthcare networks, is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) to join AMG Orthopedics at Wayne. We are looking for a dedicated and reliable PA to collaborate with our supportive and well-established outpatient orthopedic team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of orthopedic experience, including previous experience in the operating room. They should possess strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, while also demonstrating the capability to work collaboratively with the team. The primary role of the PA will involve assisting in orthopedic cases, ordering, and interpreting diagnostic tests, evaluating, and treating patients in the office, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient care. Additionally, the PA will be expected to practice at Morristown Medical Center. The team is committed to maintaining a healthy work-life balance for all staff members and will collaborate to accommodate scheduling needs whenever possible.

Graduated from an accredited Physician Assistant program
Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey
Must be certified by the National Board of Certification of Orthopaedic Physician's Assistants
ACLS and BLS certification required
Open to new graduates
Minimum 1-2 years of experience preferred
OR experience preferred
Must have excellent communication and computer skills
Strong work ethic and a team player who can work independently
