WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who specializes in Otolaryngology to join our group at our FPN Coolspring Health Center in Michigan City, IN, with outreach locations in Valparaiso & Crown Point, IN. Provider would be joining a well-established, busy practice with an experienced physician as well as a great support team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced advanced practice provider to work independently within a supportive environment.

WHAT WE NEED:

Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence, and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff. Provider will need to work collaboratively with physician to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

• Clinic hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Flexible full-time schedule; no weekends or holidays
• Nurse Practitioner will manage their own patient panel
• Average outpatient volume: 18 - 21 patients per day
• Travel to outreach locations <30 minutes from main campus
• No call expectation
• Strong mentorship available from seasoned physician already in the practice

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree Required
• Physician Assistant Certified (PA-C) - Required - or -
• Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Nationally Recognized Certification - Required
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Required
