The Physician Assistant for Home Based Primary Care (HBPC) will use advanced education and experience who applies specialized clinical care and medical knowledge and skills to Veterans within the home setting. Provider will cover the geographic areas including Battle Creek and Lansing. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
