The University of Michigan is seeking candidates for a fulltime academic colon and rectal surgeon to join the Division of Colorectal Surgery. The Department of Surgery at the University of Michigan is nationally recognized for excellence in patient care, education and research. The University of Michigan Department of Surgery has a dedicated and busy colon and rectal surgery practice, encompassing colorectal cancer, inflammatory bowel disease, anorectal surgery and the full range of colon and rectal surgery. Our group practice focuses on providing high quality, compassionate surgical care. 

Applicants must be board eligible or certified by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Colon and Rectal Surgery. Requirements include completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in Colon and Rectal Surgery, interest in an academic career, and a record of teaching and research experience.
