SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Provides a wide range of administrative support for a high-level executive (Vice President or above). Coordinates special projects involving independent research and works with all levels of internal management and staff. Prepares internal and external documents for executive officers. Serves as a liaison with other executive offices, business organizations, and industry associations. Facilitates communication, plans events, drafts agendas, schedules meetings and manages executive's calendar. Maximizes interdepartmental processes to ensure all operations and communications are handled effectively.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience 
• Five (5) years of related experience
