Summary:
The Human Resources Services Representative is responsible for supporting the Human Resources team by acting as a first level line of communication for Workforce Members with various areas within Human Resources, including Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Benefits, Compensation, Volunteer Services, Employee Relations, HRIS, Wellness, and Employee Health; Receives and responds to inquiries via phone, fax, email, and in person; Performs HRIS transactions and Primary Source Verifications; Maintains personnel files; Responds to requests for employee records; Observes data protection and maintains confidentiality; Provides courteous service at all times; Works well under pressure and with multiple interruptions.

Responsibilities:
Assists with assigned Human Resources functional area (AskHR, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Compensation, HRIS, HR Operations, Employee Relations, Employee Health, Volunteer Services, etc.) with speed, accuracy, and professionalism; Applies YRMC policies, procedures, and recordkeeping accurately in assigned work; Collaborates and works cross-functionally with team members, department and various business units of the organization. Provides courteous service for front office area, greets walk-in traffic, and perform clerical support duties for the department; Provides efficient, effective Human Resources support including coordinating schedules, receiving and responding to phone calls, responding professionally to internal and external customer requests, and preparing requested documents in an organized, accurate, legible and confidential manner. Performs data entry, digitization, and maintenance of records accurately and timely including updating information in HR databases, recruitment (applicant tracking), employee training records, spreadsheets for orientation/on-boarding, employee change transactional processing and work queues, and file room support. Maintains confidentiality, observes data protection, and applies associated YRMC policies/guidelines where applicable. Other duties as assigned.
