Director Contact Center Operations
Reporting to the VP of Enterprise Contact Center, the System Director, Contact Center Operations, will be responsible for the operational oversight of contact center functions. The role will serve as a subject matter expert on contact center operations, and oversee the management of operational managers to ensure their ongoing performance meets business objectives. Additionally, the role will work with the Vice President, Contact Center, and other key, and senior leadership to help drive change and implement business strategies, identify efficiency and productivity opportunities, as well as managing day-to-day operations and service delivery.
